The second week was spent at another winter camp where he had DIY pizza, decorated baseball cap, lantern, umbrella and pop-style T-shirt, learned street dancing, and enjoyed the English afternoon tea, which all aimed to teach kids the arts and beauty in things we could find in daily lives. There was a performance at the end of the week where the kids wore what they made in performance.
Thomas was invited to a friend's birthday party on Jan. 31st at a KTV. It was amazing the number of popoular songs grade 2 students can sing. They are actually more updated on the fads and trends than the parents.
Thomas and Ryan enjoyed singing so much that Daddy and Mommy took them to KTV by ourselves again on Feb. 15th. The four of us sang for 3 hours! Well, Ryan fell asleep half way through, so basically Daddy and Thomas sang the most.

On Feb. 6th, Saturday, it was Daddy's company's "tail-tooth" (year-end dinner before Chinese New Year), held at a restaurant near the plant. We got up early to join the others on the rented bus, going south. It took about 3 hours to get there. There were two other little girls at lunch so the four kids were playing cards while the adults were drinking, eating and singing karaoke. It was a long lunch. We encountered traffic on the way back so basically the only activity of the whole day was the "lunch".
On Feb. 7th and 8th, we went to Tao-Yuan with Daddy's friends. The hotel, εζΉθε, had a huge hot-spring, spa and pool place. The kids' pool had slides and swing so the kids enjoyed the afternoon very much, so enjoyed that they didn't take nap and Ryan fell asleep even before the first dish was served at the huge dinner banquet of about 12 tables. He woke up about 9 pm so Daddy and Mommy took the boys to the play room. Daddy took Ryan back to Taipei for work / school early Monday morning while Mommy and Thomas stayed for the second day activities. We visited the Shih-Man Reservoir and the Back Chi-Hu (former secret gov. comanding center and closed to the public).

The boys have this professional look to them when they sing at the KTV!! I am sure they know a lot more songs than I do :) The playroom looks quite fun with the air hockey thing. It seems that they had lots of fun for their winter vacation.
