Though in Taiwan, people don't really celebrate X'mas (December 25th is a work/school day as usual) , but mommy still puts up the X'mas tree at home with the help of the boys. Our X'mas tree has no lights as Mommy thought it's troublesome. Each boy would get 2 presents, one is from Daddy/Mommy, one is from Santa who is too busy to deliver personally and entrusts Daddy/Mommy to buy on behalf of him.
Thomas requested a set of 7 books for his first present and a Thomas&Friends track set for his second. He has an extra gift to reward his good academic performance as he was 3rd place in the class for mid-term results. Ryan would get a supermarket cashier set with conveyer belt, bar-code identifer and basket with groceries. The second is a carrying case which could hold up to 20 small cars.
Daddy and Mommy took the boys to the Mall near Far Eastern Hotel to get a feel of X'mas. There were band playing, clowns giving out ballons and performing magic.

The tree looks really nice. Ryan looks like he is scared of the clown. I will be too !! Athena was scared of Santa Claus when we took her to my department's X'mas party :)
